The Challenge
BrightPath Dental had expanded to three locations, but their digital presence was stuck in the past. Their outdated CMS was incredibly clunky, making routine updates a headache for their front-desk staff. Consequently, the site was painfully slow, resulting in failing Lighthouse performance scores and a high bounce rate from mobile users trying to book appointments on the go.
Because of these technical shortcomings, their local search visibility was shrinking. They were steadily losing their average position in SERPs for high-value treatments like dental implants and invisible aligners to newer, more digitally savvy competitors.
The Approach
We initiated a comprehensive UX/UI redesign focused entirely on mobile responsiveness and conversion-optimized booking flows. We then migrated their site to a modern, lightning-fast CMS, implementing a strong local SEO and AEO strategy to capture patients using voice search to find "dentists near me."
To aggressively reclaim market share, we launched hyper-targeted Google and Meta ads focusing on those high-margin orthodontic services. We also integrated marketing automation to handle appointment reminders and post-visit follow-ups, ensuring patients felt cared for while eliminating manual work for the clinic's staff.
The Results
The technical overhaul was a massive success, pushing their mobile Lighthouse performance scores into the high 90s. This speed optimization, paired with our aggressive SEO and AEO tactics, boosted their average SERP position by 12 spots, firmly securing them on the first page for their target local keywords.
The new frictionless booking experience and targeted ad campaigns increased high-value treatment conversions by 58%. Furthermore, the modern CMS and automated workflows reduced the internal team's website management time by over 15 hours a week.
