The Challenge
Torquise Frontiers, the country’s premier luxury sailing operator, needed to scale their digital presence to support new investors, a proprietary booking system, and global market expansion. Their media-heavy WordPress site was already the undisputed SERP leader in their niche, making any major update a massive risk.
The absolute highest priority was executing a complete structural overhaul without making a single dent in their existing SEO performance. They also needed a modern infrastructure capable of handling new languages, currencies, and segmented international ad strategies.
The Approach
We engineered a highly congruent SEO data migration strategy, moving the brand to a headless CMS paired with a Next.js frontend to serve heavy imagery at lightning speeds across any device. We implemented strict 301 redirects and intelligent internal linking to safeguard their search authority.
To support their entry into new markets, we developed a multi-language architecture where content published in the primary language automatically generates AI-translated versions for easy localization. We also layered in comprehensive, GDPR-compliant user behavior tracking across Hubspot, Google Ads, and GA to support highly segmented international marketing.
The Results
The headless transition was a resounding technical success, not only protecting their SEO but actively improving their Ahrefs health score from 95 to 97 within just two weeks of launch. The Next.js frontend dramatically improved performance, pushing their Google PageSpeed from 77 to 94 despite the media-heavy content.
Ultimately, the faster site, automated translations, and advanced tracking ecosystem boosted conversions by over 300%. The new architecture also sped up the internal marketing team's content publishing output by 2.5x.
